I feel myself really privileged to be a part of the school family as a parent and the chairperson of the School Management Committee as well. We all are dedicated for the overall development of each and every student here. I personally attend the PTA meetings along with other parents and find it really working for the welfare of all students in general and of needy students in particular. I wish this institute could get its students to the height and aspirations of the current world academically and spiritually as we.
As chairman SMC, my major role is to ensure that the school remains on course and remains relevant to the parents who have trusted us with the future of their children and themselves. To achieve this, we will continuously stick to the core values of our school that is; Integrity, team work, honest, patriotism and God fearing. With these, we will certainly lift the banner of education in this country higher. Together with my team at the top managerial level, we will make sure that our children are given the best education armed with the best teachers and other enablers of education. We work to blend classroom work with co-curricular activities. It's common knowledge now that in this competitive world, many people are becoming successful through music, film and drama, sports among others. This however can only be possible if children are helped to identify their talents and grow their potential in what is God given. This is something the school will keenly pay attention to in addition to academics. We have already demonstrated growth and we are continuously growing.

As we move ahead in our life with each passing year, we embark on a new journey with new propositions to achieve our goals and give shape to our dreams. Little steps that we take from the lessons learnt, out of mistakes made in the bygone days, and the motivation earned from the memories of achievements, help us to better ourselves each day.
Success is a journey not a destination, it is an ongoing process of self-development, transformation, and exploration of opportunities, to face challenges that comes on your way in achieving your goal. In this process you discover the light that exist in you in the name of potential and you learn to believe in your strength and realize your weaknesses as well. Setting goals in one's life is very important as it gives direction to our efforts and motivates us to draw the action plan to move forward and achieve the desired results.
As you usher into a new academic year, each one of you should set a target for yourself to strive for. Setting a target or goal will make you stay focused, help you prioritize your tasks, teach you time management and make you rely more on your wisdom to promote understanding, decision making and unbiased moral judgement.
One of the most important tasks for you is, to identify the distractions and effectively handle the same, to stay focused on your goal. Most importantly you should understand that your reaction to distractions or adversity is the biggest impediment that holds you back from moving ahead in your journey towards progress but not the adversity itself. Respect your individuality and experiment with different strategies to understand what suits you the best to stay away from distractions. Limit your access to gadgets, devices or social media if needed, as you are the best teacher for your own mind. Success is not measured only by what you accomplish but also by the courage with which you overcome adversity.
